All Windows XP computers that cannot be upgraded with Windows 7 or 8 will be discarded by MJHS and given to St. Clair County for disposal. This means that the school will be losing about 60 computers, including almost all the computers in the computer lab.

Thanks to everyone that helped in the library sale. Almost $2,000 was raised with it and the sales will go toward technology for the library and computers. The use of this money was voted on by the students. As much as they wanted new books, they understood that all computers that have Windows XP in the school will be dismantled and removed if they cannot be upgraded (which will be the majority of our computer lab computers and student classroom computers).
The mission of Moody Jr. High School is to ensure that high expectations are maintained for all students by providing quality instruction and involving parents and community so that all students graduate, become responsible, productive citizens and life-long learners.
