Here's some information about us!
Moody Junior High School is a school in St. Clair County, Alabama. It is located off of I- 20 east and is almost  15 miles east of Birmingham, AL. This area is one of the fastest growing areas in Alabama. The current enrollment is close to 375 students and serves 7th through  8th grades. We are the Blue Devils and our colors are blue and gold.
	Our school is one of the most progressive in the county. We have had both a TV Morning Show and the Blue Banner Newspaper. We currently are expanding our Accelerated Reader Program. We have Internet access so that every classroom and every computer in the school have access to the Internet and to the Alabama Virtual Library.

We have instigated a full sports program including boys’ and girls’ softball teams, boys’ and girls’ basketball teams, as well as wrestling, cross country and football. We have a Junior Beta Club, Math Club and a Scholars' Bowl Team. We are proud of our school and hope to continue to have many other programs planned as we continue toward our journey into the educational future of our students.
