Mr. McFarling went to UAB for his college degree.
He taught for 5 years and has been a principal for 29. He enjoys collecting classic bicycles, memorabilia, and Americana. Some more hobbies involve traveling, tennis, fishing and other sports.  He listens to oldies from the 50's and 60's. His favorite color is yellow and his favorite ice cream is chocolate chip. His favorite football teams are Auburn and the Indianapolis Colts. Mr.
McFarling has two daughters: Megan, who is 24, and Elizabeth, who is 21. Megan graduated from Auburn and Elizabeth is a  senior at Auburn.
