Faculty Dedication
The faculty and staff of Moody Jr. High are dedicated to the welfare of the students of this school.
The faculty and staff work to
ensure that the students have the best education possible during their 7th and 8th grades here at MJHS.

Mr. Byers is an 8th grade teacher at Moody Jr. High School. He is
married to Dorothea Byers and has 2 kids: one boy (Tristan Byers) and
one girl (Emma Byers). Mr. Byers is a published author of: Grecian
Rune, 2004, as well as poems in Aphelion-Webzine "Best Poetry, 2007"
Mr. Byers is a
husband, father, son, teacher, author, artist, poet, and
song-writer! He is an elder at Trinity Lutheran Church and is a servant of Jesus Christ.
He is currently working on Re-deux of Beowulf and The Midgard
Epic, 2008, which is a sequel to Grecian Rune. He
is in his 2nd year employed by the St. Clair County School System.
He is a graduate of Moody High School Class of 1993 and Jacksonville State University Fall
of 2006. He is a graduate student currently taking classes at
Jacksonville State University.
